We purchased our Open Box Ensi™ 2 Person Zero-EMF Far Infrared Sauna on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the sauna or the customer service we received. We purchased the ionizer, chromotherapy light And 2 sets of ergonomic back and neck supports as well which I highly recommend. We have used our sauna everyday and love the way we feel. The health benefits of this easy to assemble, zero-emf sauna will be enjoyed for many years to come. It's beautiful too!
We have now had JNH Lifestyle 2 person Sauna for a week. It was delivered on time and clear instructions made the unit easy for a man and woman to set up. It heats up quickly and is comfortable to be in as the window/door allows one to see outside. Five year Warranty This has given us added peace of mind. I don't feel you will be disappointed!
Purchased the JNH Lifestyles NE2HB1 ENSI, the only negative was the shipping Company would not even bring the boxes onto my driveway so getting the boxes into the house was a little bit of a struggle. Once inside, this sauna was easy to assemble, the wife and I put it together in about 2 hours. Plug it in and good to go. Heats up to ~130 degrees in about 15 minutes...Very relaxing and a great sweat. Great customer service pre and post sales. Highly recommend.
Just want to say how much I love this purchase. I suffer a lot with an inactive thyroid and a high stress lifestyle. This sauna is my cocoon. It helps warm me when I get that to the bone cold that happens a lot. It also gives me the perfect escape. I am not a very wealthy individual and never thought that I could afford to have something like this sauna but I would gladly spend the money again. I highly recommend this sauna to anyone. I checked on saunas a few months back and did not think i could afford . After seeing one again at a home show started researching again and came across JNH not only was it affordable it shipped next day took me only 2 hours to completely put together. Used almost every day for 2 weeks. Feel awesome afterwards best purchase in a long time. Don't be afraid you won't be sorry
I ordered my JNH Infrared sauna a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier with it. I got the Joyous 2 person and it has been one of the best purchases I have ever made for myself. The delivery was ridiculous fast, I had my sauna within a week of ordering it! My husband got home before I did so he put it together all by himself in less than a hour. So far so good with my 3 person infrared sauna! We have used it for a week after installing a new outlet for the special plugin. Great for muscle recovery and I love I don't get as sweaty as normal rock saunas with the same results.. Only downfall, as a 6'4" 230lb person, 3 person is not quite accurate :)
Love it! (Joyous 1-person) I have only used my new sauna about four times but I am really enjoying it! It heats up in less than 10 minutes and with the additional lumbar support it is really comfy. A friend saw it and was really impressed - especially since she paid about $1000 more for her sauna. My only suggestion would be to revamp the instructions and give more details. I'm pretty handy so I got it done with a helper.
