Absolutely do not purchase! Run! They fall apart after a couple years and they have terrible customer service! My ENSI 2 floor fell apart and almost took my foot with it! It was only two years old and in great condition...Warranty was suppose to cover all wood defects for three years...they told me it was no longer covered and to buy a new floor...what, that’s horrible to leave customers hanging like that...trust me run from this company!
RecommendedI’m a firefighter from Indiana. My wife and I recently purchased a personal sauna from JNH Lifestyles in hopes of lowering the risk of cancer throughout my career. I’d just like to spread the word about this wonderful company. When our sauna was delivered, a few panels were damaged in transit. JNH didn’t hesitate to get us new panels ASAP. Their customer service is impeccable. Thank you for your product and service!! Definitely recommend!!
Really bought a JNH product on a limb. After buying I second guessed myself. I went ahead and had order delivered I knew I wanted one so I could have it a part of my workout. I'm so glad the decision was made I really do enjoy using my sauna and everything from shipping to customer service was spot on. 👍👍👍
Had a couple of complications with the sauna but I contacted them and Francine has been amazing at helping me work things out. She made me change my mind about this company. She definitely went out of her way to provide excellent costumer service. Thank you Francine!

Got mine yesterday, very easy to assemble, looks good in my Spa room. Got in it this morning and must say I seem to be experiencing less Body pain. I can only imagine how much better my body will be soon!! Love this product, my Niece and cousin have it and I’m so very happy they told me about the health benefits they are experiencing! We purchased the Ensi™ 3 Person Zero-EMF Far Infrared Sauna (Limited Edition) and the delivery went better than expected. Within 2 hours my husband had it all put together and running. No problems at all. I would highly recommend JNH saunas!

We bought this sauna last Christmas but right after we received it, I had an accident and broke my ankle. I was unable to use it until now after I've recovered from my injury. It's very easy to set up. My husband put it together himself with no problem in under two hours. It doesn't take long to heat up and the few times that I've used it so far, have been great.
