Very nice infrared sauna
We purchased our sauna several weeks ago. Got here pretty quick and I was able to put it together myself. It's in my bedroom on the carpet with no issues. We got the Joyous 3 so it's heavy, but solid. The assembly is pretty simple and doesn't require much work. Just follow the instructions. Im really stoked on my JNH Lifestyle Sauna. The sauna was very easy to put together. It heats up quickly and has high quality wood !!! I would recommend this sauna for anyone looking for a premium sauna in there home. I'm a 2 times X-Games gold medalist in skateboard street and absolutely see all the benefits in my professional skateboarding career using the sauna weekly !!!
The sauna came really fast and the set up was even faster couldn't be happier!
I bought this Sauna and everything went great from ordering it, to delivery (fast), to setting it up, and now enjoying it in my own home. I couldn't be more happier!
My issue is with customer service and the lack of respect for its customers. I bought our sauna as a Christmas present and the delivery company damaged a panel. The packaging was not damaged or else I would have refused. I took pictures and filed a claim with Niko, very nice and was happy to replace. Unfortunately Niko no longer works there and when I asked about tracking the new person said they will not ship without me paying for shipping. LOVE LOVE LOVE I’ve done my research An decided to go with Joyous two person sauna:) delivered just as stated. I’m age 56 female l put my sauna together myself in less then an hour an a half, instructions were very clear. From day one I’ve been using sauna every day another satisfied customer thank you JNH. Did I say how much I LOVE my sauna:)
