Russ Schneider was our sales guy and he was terrific. Russ understands how trying it can be to buy a new vehicle and he really made this a pleasant experience. He hustled us through the process but also kept us informed and helped us immensely. In fact all the people we dealt with were very detailed and forthcoming with information. I wouldn't hesitate to come back t M'lady Nissan in the future for all my vehicle needs.

We were just there to buy our 3rd car from M'Lady. Nope, no more. We drove almost 300mi after being quoted the 'final' price. Today their sale was $1000 off every car, but then they want to tack on a $843 'destination' charge! There were other charges too but we couldn't get past the destination charge. We never had that charge in the past, and the sales guy confirmed that, that it's on now during this sale. We walked out, never to return. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
