I purchased a used car through M'Lady Nissan and had a great experience doing so. They worked with me to get the car I fell in love with to fit within my budget and put together an awesome warranty package on top. Would definitely recommend! Only negative would be the week after I bought my car they offered a special of free oil changed for a year with car purchase...that sure would've been nice!
We had a great experience with M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake! It started with our sales man, Scott Ryan, who met me outside in the rain with an umbrella and ended with us getting the car we needed for our daughter. Scott worked with his boss to find the right car to match our needs and our price! So far she is loving her new car!
