My old car's transmission broke, so I came here to look for a car. The salesman was very helpful and showed me a car that I really liked. Then he showed me what the upgrade would be and it was beautiful. I love it. It was a very good experience and the people were very nice

My wife and I bought A car from Bob K. This salesman really went out of his way to make sure we got the deal we needed. Also when we had an issue with the car that did not fall under dealer responsibility Joe from service made sure that it was taken care of. I will definitely recommend them to all! I bought a car the day after Christmas and drove it back home to Virginia and when the DMV called me to get license plates and registration, M'lady Nissan messed up the check promised to cover the cost. It was made out to the wrong people for the wrong amount and the DMV sent it back to them the end of January. Today is March 1 and I still don't have plates or my car registered. Just purchased a car for the 1st time at M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake for my daughter.Brandon was our salesman and his expertise and salesmanship was epic. We got a EXCELLENT interest rate, the warranty and services included was nice bonus and the buying process was quick. In the test drive,all the features were explained.
