Misleading sales practices. Dealership right now has on their website a 2014 Maxima for $28,172. Called three different times and asked if everyone who comes in the door gets that price and if there are any added fees. Every time they said nope just doc fee, tax, title and license. Talked to both Brett and Austin. Then one of the managers calls me comes off as a big jerk like I am wasting their time and tells me they add on a 850 transportation fee, 600 dollars for a recent college graduate rebate that most people would not ... read more

There are so many things that went wrong in dealing with this dealership that makes me rethink buying a Nissan altogether. It begins with not returning emails (after saying they don't get them) and when they call and leave a message and I return them, I don't hear back. I contacted Nissan N.A. to complain of my experience and got the obligatory call from GM who seemed to care less about the entire experience. Just purchased a sentra sl 2015 best price in illinois. I drove 80 miles from Indiana to close this deal saved almost 2g and also got fed pretty good hamburgers on the grill. The place is legit as far as new cars with no trade. Very clean and professional I dealt with eduardo good salesman

Savero (sorry if I misspelled your name) was great to work with, and everyone else we encountered at the dealership was equally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend M'Lady Nissan!

I have been servicing my 08 Rogue at M'Lady for several years. Decided to purchase a 16 Maxima there. Not happy with them adding back $825 destination fees to the agreed Internet advertised discounted price. I found it deceptive and disappointing.

Had excellent service from all the staff at M'Lady Nissen today. I bought a new Rouge , they let me test drive several till I was satisfied with the one I fell in love with. Very pleased with the overall experience. Highly recommend them.

BEWARE! $1100 of extra charges were "accidentally " placed on the final contract. Working to get them reversed but running into some resistance. Buy at any other dealer. Unless they make this right we will not be back.
