The fifth star is missing because....when they knew it was going to take 3 hours for service, they should have offered a us a courtesy car so we could go to lunch. Instead we were sitting there in the dark starving. Otherwise all the work was done just fine.

I feel like this dealership is pretty cool! I got a great deal on my '16 Maxima, and the service department takes great care of it for my maintenance needs.

I just used service dept. Bought my Murano elsewhere. Service dept. very accomodating and pleasant. The part came early and had a free rental car( recall...Nissan pays). They even called me to set up my appt. Love my new Murano!!!

My wife and I have bought our last 3 cars from here. We were recently in thr market for a new car so we stopped in to look a new altima. We worked with eddie. He showed us some options and we were able to buy our first brand new car at a price we were comfortable with. Sure we'll see them again in the future. Thanks guys

Bought a car a year ago or 2010 Nissan Murano been going back-and-forth with the dealer for eight months drop six grand down my rear and kicks know they replaced some stuff on it whether not to put any more money into my car they told me to traded in which I have no money down I drop six grand a year ago I want this issue resolved no I have to call the general manager

I had a 2013 Nissan Juke that sadly got totaled and it was really hard not to have. All the staff at M'Lady Crystal Lake went above and beyond for me and my new 2016 Nissan Rogue that I absolutely love. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who's looking to buy. Thank you!!

Not happy today, paid extra for the detail package and my car sat for 8 hours and still was not done. Hell they hadn't even started yet. Huge waste of money, won't be back even for the free life time oil changes.��
