Great car buying experience! Jon was very helpful along with the rest of the team. I work crazy hours and was able to get in and out of there fast without the normal calling over the manager routine and haggling back and forth. I will definitely be buying my next car and future cars here.
Still waiting on a call back for my reimbursment for a ladder rack they were supposed to pay for. I called several times and each time they say they will call back and never do. Hugo was my salesman I’ve left several messages and he never calls back. They don’t stand by there word and unless your buying a car apparently they don’t feel they need to call you back. It’s to bad I will be adding a few more vehicles to my fleet certainly not from here.
Pay attention to the negative reviews. They were right on. Very dishonest people who will try to get every last penny off of you. They tried to charge me over $30,000 for a car that listed at about $17,000 and my rate was supposed to be 10.9%. Math didn't add up until I saw that they tried to screw me by raising the price of the car. STAY AWAY!!
When I️ went to this car lot they did the bait and switch and frauded my lease contract. To make matters worse they acted like they were trying to make it right by double charging me for my new car after I️ had to get a lawyer involved. Now I️ have cancelled my service contracts and gap insurance and got the run around when I️ asked for a paper showing what I️ would get back from that to get a vehicle somewhere else. Not happy about the cost to replace about 2 feet of small rubber molding. It was about $675 ? I guess it was not under the extended warranty?
