Today I leased my first car from Nissan. The employees, Eddie and Bryan, that I worked with were professional and efficient! The efficiency of the employees is what makes this location wonderful. I came in knowing what car I wanted and left with that and a wonderful experience.

Could I give zero stars? Drove an hour to test drive a vehicle that they knew was sold. I had been emailing the internet manger Brett several times that day and he knew what car we were coming to test drive. When we got there the salesman took my info and said he was going to pull the car up to test drive. Came back a few minutes later to say he was sorry but the car was sold yesterday. Nice story! I moved to the area about year ago and I started to have issues with my car. I towed my car to their service, because the transmission broke. However, they fixed the transmission and I started to have oil leaking. Obviously, it is not their fault and they made estimate to fix my car for $4,000. I waited about two weeks and contacted Nissan's customer service and they said to go again to have my vehicle inspected, and guess what? Waste of time! These people are so unprofessional. They treated my girl like crap despite having a preapproval from capital one. They refused to put her in a SUV she wanted and insisted on putting her in a Chrysler. The store owners son was rude as was the finance manager who refused to come talk with her to tell her why she couldn't get the SUV she wanted. Needless to say I told her to leave.
