I had an issue with the service department at Mlady Nissan and I had I’m getting a Elaine a quick call and she fixed my whole entire experience for me Elaine is amazing and if I can have Elaine working on my car I prefer Brandon. We hade a great car buying experience went in last Saturday to test drive a 2015 Chevy Silverado the team at M’lady Nissan did a great job working with the numbers to get me a payment close to what I wanted I told them that I hade to sleep on it an they where very understanding they didn’t try to push the sale that day so I called them on Monday to let them know that I was going to be able to go in on Tuesday to purchase the and it was fast and easy I hade a great time buying from M’lady highly recommended
Second car purchase with Luis Ruiz would highly recommend him and the entire staff at M’Lady Nissan. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They make shopping for a vehicle fun.
Sales manager and finance managers are liars and deceivers. General manager is rude and dismissive. Couldn't have had a worse experience. Took the M'lady sticker off my truck then day brought it home. They are scam artists with no remorse. I hope it all catches up to them. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
