RecommendedI’ve gotten two cars here in the past 3 months and Russ helped me out a lot. He was very helpful with the process to go through. Made it painless.
I'm not sure my service the last time was very disappointing. my last service they didnt do all the work I paid for, had to go back to the service desk twice in one visit. they left a filter in the floorboard of my car not changed. didn't fill all fluids. missed a check in the engine. offered a curious wash and brought my finished car back dirty. very disappointed with the service that day and they didn't care.

I was only going to test driver a car. I was planning on waiting another 2 months. Russ was so good, honest, and knowledgeable and then quoted a great price. We left for lunch and I looked at my husband and said,”are we buying a car today ?” We went back in and bought it. M’Lady has followed up nicely too.
I recommend that anyone wanting or needing a new car to check out M’Lady Nissan, they were very helpful in helping to find a new car and there service is outstanding, they’re really looking out for their customers, and after my oil change I couldn’t believe they even cleaned my floor mats.
The M Lady service team truly puts the customer first. Sal and his team go out of their way to explain what needs to be done without trying to shove add ons down your throat.

bought a car last year told had warrenty on our vehicle, find out this year no warranty, they recently spilt oil all over my engine during an oil change, somebody sprayed water into my engine, screwing up my spark plugs, and ignition coil pack. out of 150+ on a car that only has 48000 miles. thanks i will never do business here again!
