We purchased a 2012 Mazda Touring yesterday from Lou. No pressure! We were in & out in no time. Everyone there was great. Would recommend to friends.
TERRIBLE SALESMANSHIP. ERICA is a liar and will go over her managers head to make false promises in which she has no authorization to uphold. Wasted more than 6 hours at the dealer and on the phone with them, only to be sent home and promised a call back to pick out a car the next day and two days later I'm told by ERICA'S manager that everything she had told me was the opposite of what he told her.

I went here with my husband hoping to get a new car. I already checked online what car are we going to get and we were at the area checking what color we're getting. I have a 2015 jeep renegade 4x4 that was planning to trade in with the 2016 nissan rogue. Scott (the son of the owner) greeted as we headed inside. The display is 2015 nissan rogue. I bought my first car at M'Lady in 2004. I had such a good experience then that, when I decided to buy another new car, my husband and I went back in 2016. A year later, when we decided he needed a new car, we were back! When the 2018 Rogue was released, I needed to have it, so we just bought a new one yesterday! The front office staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service department has always been excellent. As long as Nissan keeps making great cars, we will be loyal M'Lady customers!
