Ordered a sectional couch, a bar top table and two stools in December 2020 for estimated delivery of March 2021. Never received updates without reaching out first. June 2021: Stools bar top table were shown delivered to warehouse in order then showed not available. Called and was on hold for 3 hours after being hung up on 3 different times, said we could get bar top delivered since it was available. GO ********* ELSE!!! I put a sofa, loveseat, bed frame and box spring on layaway 7/2020. The sales rep explained that I had 12 months to pay it off which was perfect because I was looking into moving to a bigger place. He said the layaway plan is nothing like a line of credit there is no specific due date just as long as the balance is paid by the end of the 12 months. Our experience with ******** has been nothing short of a headache and nightmare. We purchased a sofa from them on Dec 31, 2020 with the "oops warrenty". It was delivered a few days later. Upon opening the sofa, we notice a hinge is broken. Called them and they were able to send a technician out 3 days later. That technician said a part would need to be ordered or they could replace the entire unit, our choice. We elected for the unit to be replaced. In September of 2018 we purchased a new sectional couch from ******** furniture in ********. Having bought all of our furniture at ******** in the past, we expected to receive the same quality furniture and the same excellent customer service we have always received. Bought over 7k worth of furniture, dining set chairs that were delivered were scratched, assembled terribly and had missing bolts.Sectional started falling apart not even a week into having it delivered.My son's bed was delivered without the slats so he can't even use it! He's been sleeping on the floor for over a month because we can't put the mattress on it! I don't take to the Internet to complain or praise often. If a company provides outstanding or terrible service is the only time I feel I need to share.
