Horrible horrible horrible. It took over 6 months to get any resolution to the problem. Our leather couch started flaking the color off. And again 6 months later we finally given a store credit. They used every excuse from COVID to the freighter stuck in the Suez Canal. The customer service weren’t very friendly and one actually hung up on me. I will never shop there again.
good selection, likable and knowledgeable sales agent, no pressure, good prices. Delivery was on time and successful. Also, we didn't have to wait long for delivery - just two days - after purchase.
DO NOT PURCHASE from JEROMES. POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE. We purchased a sectional couch on March 3rd 2021. The couch arrived and the cushions were not even stitched properly and were already falling apart. Could not attach sectional to other half and the legs would not even screw on. The job was completed quickly in order to fill our order. It took forever to get them on a service call. Very very poor customer service. If using credit apply for ********* financing before looking. They display tons of in stock items you may love. Better to know where you stand beforehand. Also requires 10-20% deposit on all orders. Kind salesperson by the name of Justin.

If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I made a purchase six months ago, and cancelled it shortly after as I was no longer moving. I have been trying ever since then to get the refund credited to my account. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am still dealing with them. I ordered my furniture in November 2020 and did not get it delivered until March 2021. Once I inspected the furniture, I noticed it had scratches on the chairs and sofa was broken. It took a while to get a hold of someone in customer service. Once I did they said the exchanges were approved but yet I am Still waiting on the new furniture and we are almost in June 2021. I do not recommend you purchase from jeromes furniture.
