They would not honor lifetime warranty on the frame of our recliner. Falsified tech report after it was inspected at my mom's care facility.

Recliners and love seat started showing damage signs on both pieces of furniture. Full Warranty did not cover what they told us would when we purchased furniture. Poorly made furniture. Would not go back to this store.

Poor customer service. Insurance on furniture poor. A piece broke on the sectional we purchased. The piece was ordered for repair 3 months ago. Parts come from China. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Jerome's again.

I would like to say that Jackie was a wonderful representative for your company, she is a wonderful asset and had first rate customer service. Jackie was a great help and made our desion easy. We will be going to Jerome's when we purchase our next peice of furniture.

Great customer service from Dena! I really appreciated her help in store, and her tips on buying Jerome's furniture. I did have to call the store a couple times to follow up on my order delivery since I was not called when my couch was in stock as I was told. The delivery confirmation email link worked perfectly despite missing the phone call. I was told I would receive the delivery from 9:45am-1:45pm, and they arrived by noon. Stop. Don’t buy from Jerome’s Furniture. Save your money and time go elsewhere. We purchased a 3 pieces 2 sofas and chair all electric recliners. Seat cushions started to break down but end of first year. And the warranty we purchased for an additional $250.00 that was supposed to cover everything, wee it doesn’t cover anything. Jerome’s told me that they stand behind their products for 1 year after that go pound sand. Fact is they use inferior products that break down after normal use in just over a year. We purchased furniture and along with the furniture an extended warranty. The salesman stated they covered stains, breakage and many other things that o along with a warranty for furniture. It sounded like a good idea so we paid $468.00 for the warranty to cover 5 years. A year and a half later a leg on one of the chairs broke at the joint. There were also some stains so we placed a claim. We waited on the stains due to my husband being immune compromised and COVID going on but the broken leg needed to be replaced. Friendly customer service! Sarah approached us and greeted us then allowed to shop pressure free. Was looking for a single sofa but ended up finding a great value for a sofa and loveseat! Ended up financing but it worked out! The finance part was also a breeze. I love Jerome's and will continue to be a repeat costumer.
