This place is a scam! I called before I went over so I would not waste a trip by bus to get there. I was ASSURED by the customer service lady that they had TWIN MATTRESSES for 99 dollars and box springs for 89 dollars. I figured GREAT..I dont have much money but I can afford that. Well my mom and I get there, we get to the mattress department and ALL their TWIN SIZE are 1000 or more...So I ask the sales guy..um..where is your TWIN mattresses for 99 dollars? We placed an order for products from Jerome’s. We paid in full in advance. We were given a delivery date of 6 weeks. No communication from Jerome’s at all. After we finally get through on their poor phone system, they delay our order another month. Finally our products arrive at their warehouse. They schedule our order for weeks later. Why did they not deliver our products on the next available delivery after receiving the items. This is the worst purchase I’ve ever had. Their customer service is complete trash.

I placed a special order (3 piece sectional) in August 2020, salesman informed me due to COVID it will take about 6 to 8 weeks, I was perfectly fine with the wait. After about 9 weeks, I called Jerome's on Moreno Blvd to inquire about the status, they apologized and stated my delivery was gonna take longer, specifically another month. Finally, I called once again in the beginning of November and was informed my special order was ready for delivery. The owners, Jerry and Anne N****** say in their ads that among their values is to treat their customers like family. Shame on them for the way Jerome's ignores and fails to provide Customer Service after purchase and delivery. I purchased a sofa in 2018. They also sold me a 5-year third party insurance policy for sofa repair or replacement. Three years later I accidentally stained the sofa. The furniture quality I've purchased in the past is beyond great. My most recent experience in the Torrance store was not great at all. an item was put on my order I specifically ask him to not do. I learned the item was added after I was given a total at the register. Once I had the item removed the sales guy said nothing and walked away.

Great customer service from Cisco. We were going to shop around different stores for a new bed but after the way Cisco treated us and informed us of all our options we didn’t want to go anywhere else.
