I will never shop or buy from Jerome's again due to their very poor customer service. I started contacting them in Nov. 2020 regarding the unacceptable quality on a special order chair. Their recorded message on the phone says they will return your call in 24 hours....not so...they don't return it at all. The email message says they will respond in 48 hours...not so. Purchased a 5-year protection plan for our couch and they won't fix anything because of some asinine rules about how the claim must be reported, rules of course they never bother to explain while they're salivating over taking your money. They intentionally make it nearly impossible for customers to be properly serviced when making a warranty claim. The devil's got nothing on Jerry. We will never be buying another Jerome's product again.

This company is ZERO star in my book. We bought two bed sets (frames, boards, mattresses) for two of our boys room back in September 2020. We never had any issues dealing with bed bugs, the moment that both furniture arrived in our house, within few days my eldest boy started receiving bites in their faces and body.
