We paid approximately $5K for Jeromes premier Living room Sectional(********). This product was purchased on or about April of 2018. The dark ***** leather couch is beautiful in showroom. It came with cushions for 8 people and we paid about a thousand more for beautiful ottoman. We decided to pay approx $300 more for insurance coverage. Since we have 4 children it seemed to make sense. Two years later our beautiful coach from Jeromes is completely worn and has multiple holes from wear and tear. Salesperson ***** was great! He took lots of time to help me get exactly what I needed & he helped secure a faster delivery date- which was such a surprise ( within 2 days!)
I am very disappointed in the lies I have received from ********. I ordered a dining table on March 31st 2021 it is not June 24th 2021 and I still have not received my dining set. I have emailed and spoke to reps on the phone and they keep pushing the date back. when I first walked in to the showroom I was actually very impressed by the customer service, I went home that night and wrote a great review which now has almost 2000 views on ******. ******** Furniture in ****************** has the worst after sale /customer service.I purchased a queen size adjustable base bed on Dec,29,2021 on or about 05/08/2021 the remote stop working, so I could not adjust my bed. I bought a mattress at Jerome’s and that was the worst choice I ever did, They suck I will never buy anything from them again!
The service was excellent! **** did a very good job explaining the differences between a variety of mattresses and adjustable bed frames. Overall it was a very satisfying experience!
I have never had a company that their warranty repair has been so slow to respond, we called in January 2021 and the technician had showed up in March after calling them again, and then the time from repair inspection to actually getting fixed is outrageous, it is June now and we had to contact them again about getting our recliner repaired. Service was awesome! **** is great. Took the time to get to know me and go through options.
I purchased a bed in February that broke with a few days of use. From start of order to delivery was a nightmare terrible customer service and communication. It is now June and the broken bed still has not been resolved. Do not purchase furniture here they are terrible and the quality isn't great either. I have better luck with ikea furniture."
