If you are in the market for a new mattress, do not go to Jeromes. There is no sleep trial or returns allowed. With some haggling, they might let you exchange for an exorbitant 25% restocking fee. You can't reach their corporate offices as I tried to on three separate occasions sitting on hold for an hour each time before the system hangs up on you. This company is frustrating at best. They are good at taking your money but awful at customer service. Currently they have not shown for 3 scheduled delivery days set by them. Consequently costing me 3 days work waiting for them to not show up. Have spent over 4 hours on hold trying to resolve. Spend your money elsewhere unless you like wasting your time. They do not respect customers time at all.

To Jeromes Furniture *********** Location. I have been so patient and I understand we are in a pandemic, but waiting over a year with a broken sectional in my house broke me. Let me say this is the 3rd piece of furniture that came with defects (first one was a recliner sofa that the mechanism broke, second one was a sectional that ripped) this third one the frame collapsed one month after purchase, first they where going to replace one part and made me wait 6 months, then they say they will replace the whole thing, we opted ... read more

Very bad customer service, phone system disconnects after 60plus minutes on hold waited over a month to get replacement sofa that were defective and broken and not completed per Tech that's why it made popping sound. 2nd coice discontinued now 3rd choice on backorder.plus price difference?

Our salesperson ******* at the *************, ** store was very professional, kind and courteous. She answered all our questions. I would definitely ask for her help again!

Sales rep was great, no pressure. Purchase early July. But the availability of our selections varied. After reading some reviews on BBB I am now a little concerned. We were told on our deliveries that one will arrive 25 July the other one 18 August. Guess well just have to wait and see. Two pieces of furniture have already been delivered and they seem to be fine.

worse customer services ever. I bought a mattress four months ago, in two month mattress came out defective. Someone came to my house to inspect the mattress and he doesnt listen of me And take the right steps that I told him about what the problem is. and the result was that the mattress has No manufacturing defects identified and Normal Body impressions. I spent more than ***** dollars and this mattress, my back is killing me, because we cant sleep and one side of the bed and It's not fair that no one could help me, no one... read more
