Dan at the Temecula store is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is my third purchase at this store.
Hands down the worst customer service and the worst quality product ever.
Dealing with Jerome's was a nightmare ( I went to Jerome's in Rancho Cucamonga). I bought the sofas and waited 5 months for them. The only thing easy was giving them my money to buy the furniture. They take your money and let you go to suffer with their cheap and awful quality. If you are going to make a big dollar purchase on furniture just go to Costco. It is in the same parking lot. Greeted at the door. Explained I was looking to replace a sofa with a love seat. Looked up my prior sofa purchase explained it had been discontinued and helped me find a suitable replacement . My sales person was Jerry G*****. He was most helpful.

This was our first time their ,we walked in and mauricio was their to greet us and show us around he was very helpful . He answered all our questions about the recliner we purchased.we will go back again soon and we hope he will be there to help us again
We have two accounts with this company We have practically furnished our new home. But will not be giving them anymore business. We purchased a living room set in Oct. 2020 Finally received one couch in December. Finding out it had a defective bracket. We were told would not be in till May. Well its still back ordered but the actual couch and love seat are now back on display and being built and sold to new customers but can't replace the brackets to existing buyers??? WHATS UP JERRY@#$%^
