We bought a dining room table and new couch in January. Paid $5800 in full. They told us the table would take 2 weeks, and because the couch was custom ordered it would be three months. Cool. After two weeks I heard nothing about our table being scheduled for delivery. I viewed their website to see the status and it showed it was ready for delivery. They are crap I have my full size bunk beds and ordered my mattresses in full but on her ones side it said Queen so now I’m FUCKED with 2 mattresses that don’t freakin fit my kids beds I just need to exchange and they are such ASSHOLES

I purchase all my furniture from Jeromes because of the great prices and friendly service. Vicky was very knowledgeable, friendly, and assisted me with a full grain leather power recliner chair & sofa for the living-room. I can’t wait until it’s time to furnish the sunroom.

We ordered a custom sofa and love seat in November 2020. We knew there would be a slight delay but expected it by early March. No communication or update for months. We contacted them in March to find out what was going on only to learn that there was more of a delay. Nobody seems to answer that stores phone. You can leave voice mail messages but they don’t return calls. It took going into the store twice on Saturdays to speak with a manager to get any updates. All paid in advance our 1st $2300. Sofa came damaged after a 10 week wait. 2nd replacement sofa came damaged after a 13 week wait. 3rd sofa ordered and should be here in 13 weeks. NO calls from customer service or anyone in management. Place used to be great, now it’s a joke!

We just bought a new mattress at Jerome's in Murrieta. The service was great. it was delivered the next day, set up, and the old one taken away. All personnel were polite and helpful. We went there because we bought 2 sofas in 2017 and they have worked out very well. They still look like new! **** *.

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal Jerome’s customer since 2012. That stops effective today. We purchased a bed for my three-year-old daughter when she was 14 months old. Over two months ago we sat down on it to say good night to her and the end of the bed collapsed. When we purchased the bed for her at 14 months old, the sales person convinced us that the warranty changed and the new company and new plan was much more effective. Bought a couple of recliners and sofa within six months the control panel in one of the recliners went out. As suggested I bought the extended warranty, when I called I could not get a hold of anyone so I sent an email they stated someone will get back to you within 24 hours that was in Jan were in March still nothing heard.
