My experience at the Torrance store was great the sales person was amazing, I ended up purchasing the contemporary lll adjustable base with Jerome 3.0 medium plush mattress and the Turner sofa, as I was checking out I asked the sales person how long would it be before I got my order and I was told 1 week for the bedroom furniture and 2 weeks tops for the Turner Sofa , this review is based on my experience after I left the showroom, I received my bedroom furniture within 1 week like I was promised however have not received th... read more

The Jerome’s warranty is such a SCAM! The sales team will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy something but when it comes down to it it’s not covered. ANYTHING can happen to then you can cut them down the center and it will be covered. Yea right! I purchased a sofa in 2019 and in 2020 the seam of one of cushions begin to tear. I called and surprise surprise… It was not covered. I called the store and they said that it was no longer covered under manufacturer warranty. And the seams of the sofa are not covere... read more

I purchased a sectional couch from Jeromes furniture store in corona California August 2017. The integrity of the seat cushions of the sectional which are not removable began to lose their integrity firmness. The ******** ********** plan that I purchased with my furniture did not cover it because they said it was due to wear and tear even though it was less than a year I called Jeromes and they did send out a new couch but the same thing is happening to this couch and now they won’t cover it because it’s been more than a yea... read more

Its amazing, how can Jeromes Furniture store garner a A rating from BBB considering that they are running a business enterprise that fails their customers and hides behind their sales legalese instead of doing the right thing and serving their customers. I am one such customer whom Jeromes has decided that they do not need to serve. I purchase furniture from Jeromes but discovered that it was broken. In late November 2020 we bought three pieces of furniture two loveseats and I sofa. One loveseat is it three piece one and the other loveseat and sofa are a pair. Jerome delivered furniture on December 21, 2020 and dropped it off in my garage because I didn’t buy in-home set up. After I unpacked furniture I realized that the set of loveseat and sofa was not that but two Identical loveseats. Bought a power recliner got it home to find that the power cord was missing, have tried for two weeks to get one sent. Customer service is not responding to returning calls or messages or email. Have been told 3 times a manager would call, nothing. How hard would it to be to just fedex one to us. We live 2 hours each way. Wish they still had the same customer service they did 10 years ago.
