I went to the El Cajon Jeromes to find the dining room table I wanted and went home and ordered online. I picked it up and assembled and the color/stain was WAY darker than showroom and the top was way more "rustic", not very smooth. I called customer service NUMEROUS times and they said someone would get back to me by the end of the day, sent in the pics of my table and the showroom table - after a month and staying on hold forever spoke with someone and they told me that the tables were handmade and would all be different.... read more

Horrible experience. I received my new sofa sleeper 11/9/2020. It was boxed. Upon opening and installing together we noticed the material was very stretched and defective. On 11/9/2020 I meet with manager in Murrieta, Ca where I purchased and explained to the manager Yaquai and showed her pictures. She said she will notify superior. Jeromes tec came out 11/21/2020 took new pictures and agreed material was defective. I always purchase my furniture from Jeromes. They never disappoint. I only needed 1 dining chair and instead of charging me delivery, Cesar Perez let me take the floor model. He was courteous, kind, and efficient. Thank you Jeromes!

There is no customer service when you need to resolve an issue but you're able to speak to someone right away when you are buying something. They came out to look at what we both discussed was a broken wheel on my coffee table. Someone came out a week later confirmed the broken wheel and said I would receive a call to come out and replace the wheel. Still waiting and cannot get through to anyone. This store is joke. They have a pending transaction on my store credit card that they need to release since the transaction was never completed. I was told this by my credit card company. I spoke to Jaime at the store after being on hold for 40 minutes and he put me on another hold and said he called the credit card company and they told him there was not a pending transaction for the amount I was asking about. I ordered a Dining room Table & Chair set which cost over $1K on November 8, 2020. Website stated the delivery by December 15th. They charged my credit card immediately upon ordering.. I accrued interest and made payments on my Credit card, on an item they didn't have in stock therefore I didn't have possession of. I finally decided to call on 1/7/21.
