Complaints are too excessive to list all. Customer service in store and with teh service department are great when you are spending money. But quickly deteriorate when there is an issues. I have spent too much time trying to get updates- Accurate Updates! Purchased a section late 2019. March 2020 I went into the store to file a claim due to manufacture defect. this is my second review . my sofa's was delivered on Nov, 29 , the same day we noticed that the cushions are ripped immediately I called and left a message, their automated recording said that calls will be returned whiten 24 hours. didn't get a call back. then send an e mail to this day did not hear back from them . what kind of customer service is this? I am frustrated , they call them self family business that they take care of their customers, its all lies. don't trust JEROME'S.

On 9/24/2020, I went to purchase a sofa and a bed frame. April at the Morena Blvd. location was so nice and helpful. After approving my credit, she mentioned due to COVID the items will be delivered by October. I was fine with that and understanding. October passed, I called and I was told new deliver was for 1st. week of November and bedframe end of November. Nothing. We ordered furniture in July, the first piece delivered was broken and had to be repaired on site. The rest came in November with no updates and even false information from the store. Our couch was delivered broken and it’s been 2 weeks of calling and being told someone will get back to me but no one has. The automated service keeps hanging up on me and our representative is ignoring my requests to speak with management.

Hi my name is Tanesha. Back in July 2020 I had went in to the Torrance store looking for bunk beds, the experience has started off very good I was greedy temperature was checked and I have found the best but my kids really loved I have placed my order back in July I was towed due to coronavirus that everything was back order so I wouldn’t Receive my products until mid August Which was which was fine was fine for me. I went into Jerome's on 11/13/2020. I walked into the store and an older gentleman asked if he could help. I stated I was at the store to purchase a sofa. He stated that most of the first floor contained sofas and walked away. I found the sofa and went to a gentleman to see if he could help me. He directed me to Oscar Melchor who completed the sale.
