Very bad service. We were talked down from a king to a queen & now we are stuck with a bed too small for us. The mattress we were suggested gives me extreme back pain. I have tried emailing Customer Service with absolutely no response. Worst experience of my life!

This is the worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. I've ordered a bedroom set back on June 9th 2020 and still haven't received my order September29 2020. Customer service always gives me the run around about why they don't have my order and today was suppose to be the day they deliver it just got a email saying the furniture isn't complete. I will never buy from them again I don't recommend anyone buy from them.
Purchased a couch on 8/9/2020 and delivery was to be by 8/31, here we are almost two months later and no couch!! No one ever answers the mail number and I had been on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes. We are canceling the order, hire more people to answer your phones. What a joke!!! My sister purchased a chair which was delivered with a year and 4 months later still can't get it replaced and cannot get a hold of anyone.
