I purchased a sectional during April the beginning of corona jeromes kept giving false estimated dates. I was without a cough for a few months until I finally reached out and got another sectional instead that was available. Jeromes was not open during the time of the exchange. The sectional I received within the first week had threads pulling out. The decor pillows were going flat also the back pillows of the couch was sagging. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS THEY ARE JUST RIDICULOUS I placed an order over $3000 and still haven't got it delivered. I get a text to confirm delivery i confirm and then get a call that after waiting almost 3 weeks some stuff on my order has to be canceled because they no longer carry it. Haven't even received some part of my delivery and gave not got my refund. Also I have called every day and been on hold over 2 hrs and no one answers. This by far has been the WORST EXPERIENCE

I spent $7200 in the store on a Saturday about two weeks ago. I was originally told my delivery would arrive two days later on Monday. Monday came and we received a call stating that the delivery would have to be postponed to Tuesday due to a "Glitch" in the system. After expressing my frustration with taking off work and organizing childcare because the movers would be moving all throughout the house, the manager gave me a credit for delivery and $200 off of my order. I would give Jerome's no stars for their service and the quality of their furniture but I have to give at least one to post complaint. I purchased a bedroom set from them which they sold me the warranty they offer which is HORRIBLE. Since the bed itself was on back order they didn't add the bed to the original order and to the warranty. TOTALLY their mistake which they are fully aware of. I was offered the Jeromes credit card with 0% financing for a promotional period so I decided to purchase some new furniture from Jeromes. The quality is terrible. The front piece of the dining table I bought began to disintegrate after about 4 months. Upon further inspection I realized that it had been badly damaged in that area but they painted it to make it unnoticeable. I also bought a leather couch that cost me $1,500. I purchased a “new sleeper” sofa bed from Jerome’s at their Torrance location. It is super easy to open (while standing on the side, gently pull from the back) and is extremely comfortable! There’s no bar in the middle so no back ache, and it it has compartments underneath to store your sheets and pillow. Large selection of furniture with reasonable pricing and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Very bad quality. Our leather couches were discolored during first year we bought them. Got the protection plan that was useless. They sent a man out to paint our leather! Obviously that did not work. We told the store about our problem and showed her pictures. She agreed it was terrible but the only thing she could offer us was to show us better quality furniture and that they do not even sell what we bought anymoreWe were told that what we bought was all real leather. If I could I would rate this place in negatives, I would. Brandon, a sales person or could be a supervisor? (A customer service "supervisor" said he was a "supervisor" after my poor mother asked for the manager multiple times). Anyway, Brandon, sold my mother a loveseat recliner and lied to make the deal. Then when he was called out on lying to my mother about the delivery agreement/fees he treated her very disrespectfully.
