The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. We have a broken recliner purchased 1/20/20 from the Murrieta store. I have been trying by phone and email to get this chair either repaired or replaced. No one has answered any of my message's. I have stayed on hold for over a hour only to have a robot say to leave my name and number and someone would call me. No one has. I have been trying since April 2020 with no results. Purchased a couch, love seat and a chair. Had to wait a week for delivery. When called I was told sometime on Friday was open but would get a call with a 4 hour window. I have to work and asked if Saturday was open. I was told Saturdays cost more but I will wave the extra cost. There is no mention of extra cost on weekends on website. There was an open delivery so I agreed to Saturday. When the delivery showed up on time the guys brought the furniture in to the house and started to assemble the them. Have tried all week to change the pick up date of the defective furniture delivered last Saturday when the delivery crew left before I was done inspecting the items. I was never contacted to set up the pick up but was told the date when I called to find out what was going on. Still don't have a 4 hour window when they might show up. Tried their online chat all week, someone finally replied Friday night and told me basically we don't care this is the scheduled date I can change it to a later date if I don't like it. We purchased a couch and love seat from Jerome’s in El Cajon because the set we had had sagged. We explained to the salesperson, Ryan F*******, the reason we wanted a new one and he told us this set would definitely not sag and convinced us to buy the 5 year warranty to use if it did. Just over the one year warranty we called about the sagging seats and were told only the one year warranty would cover that. We asked to have the manager call us and four days later we are still waiting

I ourchased a trion dining less than a year ago. The paint on the table faded as well as the server. I called Jeromes in April and was advised due to Covid they were not able to send anyone out until June 2. I explained that I might be moving out of state soon. Customer service said if that happened to call and they would call manufacturer to issue refund. I received notice in may that we were being relocated. Jerome's Furniture quality is extremely poor. I do not suggest you purchase from this store if you are looking for quality furniture. I purchased a leather love seat recliners w/ center console, leather sofa recliner, and a single leather recliner a few years ago from the Rancho Cucamonga location. Shortly after a year, the dye from my sofa started to peel off, sections of the furniture started fading, and the inside seat section that is exposed when you recline started cracking. After purchasing a dresser and a sectional sofa on April 13th 2020 I was advised that my delivery will be on the 22nd of April. After callimg off work it was not delivered on the 22nd. However on the 23rd they delivered my dresser. After calling customer service I found out that my sofa was lost. I was given the runaround for over eight hours until I decided to purchase another one via debit car instead of using the Jerome's synchrony card which I was expecting a refund for the Lost item on. I purchased a power love seat covered which I thought was leather because I was told so. It turns out it is bonded leather! I joined in the "Jerome's Bonded Leather Settlement". I paid $1200.00 for it and the settlement is offering $143.99. I am disappointed with Jerome's I have been a long time customer and have been happy with quality and prices. i have left several yelp messages, contacted support via email, and have also called the san diego headquarters, and my local jeromes. No one has helped me resolve my issue at all, and no one has contacted me back. I should also mention, my issues were long before COVID- they were actually still pending issues i have been going and forth on since 2019. Just got off the phone with Jerome’s. Made my order 30 days ago and finally got in contact with them as they have been offering no contact delivery since the lockdown. After weeks of trying to contact I was finally able to contact them. Nearest delivery day is set for the 24th, which is 43 days after I made my order and paid in full. Asked them why I couldn’t contact them sooner since they’ve offered no contact delivery since the 20th of last month.
