I purchased Three queen mattresses from Jeromes, San Diego. When I moved back to SD from Seattle, Washington, in 2015. 2 of the beds I have the mattresses are fine. One is collapsing, and roll me out of bed. Jeromes sent a company out to do an inspection. The inspector said I can see why you are rolling out of beds the sides of the memory foam are collapsing. We originally purchased a love seat and sofa combo on 10/2/2018 for a total of $1,438.81. In late July 2019 my wife and I were sitting on the couch when it began to sag in the middle. We didn’t hear any snap or break. I immediately called the OOPS protection plan who asked me send them pictures of the couch which I did. The customer service at Jerome's is unlike any other furniture store I've ever been in. My typical experience has been that a sales rep comes to me almost immediately. This was not the case in Jerome's. I was in the store for nearly 30 minutes, at least 5 sales people walked right by me, and not once did anyone greet or welcome me. on April 13, 2019 I purchased an Austin power sofa and love seat. I also purchased a protection care plan and paid for delivery. Total investment was approximately $4500.00-of this I paid $1600.00 down. This was a special order due to a color change. We ordered a new sofa and love seat set through Jerome's in May. At the time of purchase, we asked the salesman if the warranty for the couches would be covered across the United States because we were moving and would not purchase the furniture if it was not. He assured us that they were covered nationwide and that if it couldn't be fixed under the warranty, it would be replaced. We had the sofa set delivered one week before our PCS date. I hope this changes to five. Jerome's mattress inspector is coming to our house tomorrow AM. This mattress sags over 2 inches and we have owned it for 12 months. we religiously turned the mattress monthly. I hope this doesn't end up on ***** ****....LOL

I am very disappointed with Jerome’s at this point...... my husband and I took my 80 year old mother shopping to Jerome’s for an arm chair. She kept seeing all of the “Jerome’s commercials “ and was excited to shop there. So we shopped and she found two chairs and was excited to purchase. ????? 08/30/2019 Horrible mattress quality and service. Don't buy a mattress from Jeromes. They advertise exceptional quality and superb customer service but do not stand behind their advertising. We purchased 2 twin king mattresses, one Firm and one Medium Firm, with adjustable bases from Jeromes in Temecula less than 2 years ago, spending over $3700.
