They have The worst customer service I have ever encountered! I attempted to order a bed online and simply pick it up ; a simple decision turned into an absolute nightmare! No one answers the phone , the employees don’t know basic policies. Save your self the headache! Do not purchase from this company.

Over the past five years I have asked Jerome's to remove me from their mailing list three times - via ********, their website, by phone - they still keep sending me junk mail. What do I need to do to have them stop sending me junk mail?! I will never shop at Jeromes again or recommend them to anyone.

Do not buy furniture here. I order a couch the first week of May with the delivery promise of 2-4 weeks. Jerome's provides no updates to the customers, every time I called I got the response "we'll call you back," and they never did. When I finally did get an answer at the end of May, the answer was the materials are back-ordered, and now your delivery will be sometime at the end of June. I wish I had gone anywhere else. Haven't even gotten to judge the quality of the product yet.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING FURNITURE FROM JEROME'S FOR OVER 20 YEARS USUALLY VERY SATISFIED. BUT NOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SO BAD , WOULD DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM GOING THERE. I purchased a new mattress in April 2019 and when it was delivered I mentioned to the guys that there was a bump in the middle. They said, and I quote "its fine, its how it was packed in the truck. Once you sleep on it will go back to normal" They sent pictures of the mattress and they always due to their center with the lights off in my room and its a dim room so they lump was not very visible unless you knew it was there. in august 2017 I bought from the San Marcos store 2 supposedly top of the line best in the world 8 foot adjustable mattress. they are junk. I called customer service twice and they sent the same guy here with a peace of string to check them out .to him they were okay. they sag they are not comfortable because they sag they are hard to get into and out of.
