My experience with this company has been outrageous & The Customer Service Dept. hasn’t been much help either, not even Management! I had problems w the “down” part of my furniture,. Spent about 5k We ordered couch’s December 24 had them delivered on the 26. Upon delivery the guys were forcing the couch up the stairs naming them into my new walls on my house. After hearing the banging of my walls and half way up the stairwell I told them to stop. They look at me and said they don’t fit. I told them to take everything back. I have never had an experience like the one we have had with Jerome’s. The sectional we purchased from them started falling apart 2 months after we got it. They agreed that there was a manufacturer defect with it but refused to return our money. They wanted to give us store credit. Why would I ever buy anything from them again!!! So after agreeing to their deal they sent someone to pick up the sectional and they destroyed my staircase. If I would give this company zero stars I would. 2 weeks ago (12/13) I went shopping for new beds for my daughters as a Christmas present. All they were asking for was their own room and new beds. I made the purchase and asked for MORNING delivery on Friday the 20th. Me and my girlfriend were searching furniture stores for the perfect sofa set and finally settled with a beautiful sectional here. We got talked into their ProtectionCare plan that is supposed to cover any damage, because as they say on their brochure " Life Happens". Worst delivery service every!!!! Bought a bed to be delivered on a Friday with a delivery window of 2pm-6pm. They showed up around 7:30pm, no text or call before they came. We had already left by then because my child had an event at 7pm to be at. I had already taken half a day off of work to be home for the delivery. We had to reschedule the delivery to Monday because we were out of town over the weekend.
