The order was placed for 5 pieces of furniture. After waiting a week, even though they advertise next day delivery furniture arrives. This is when 4/5 pieces are damaged and unacceptable. So they "reschedule" us for the next day delivery.....but then when no one shows up and we call this is what we get told. The driver doesn't have your order on the truck for delivery today and there is nothing we can do today. They then offer me another reschedule for 2 days later! No refund or discount offered and was told there was no one... read more

I have never had a such a bad customer service experience in my life. Only giving a 1 because I cant do zero. I purchased 2 couches and an ottoman in March of this year. Shortly after we received it the cushions and ottoman (with in 3 months) started to look frayed and come apart at the seams. They look like we purchased them years ago!! We called in to use our protection plan and were told it was under warranty. So a tech came out and nothing, not a word. How does a product that costs over $1000 go bad in a year and a half? This is not the quality Jeromes advertises. I even purchased the 5 year warranty plan that the sales person said would cover pretty much everything. My fault for not reviewing the multipage document at that time. The warranty through ******** does not cover foam collapsing. The 1st and 3rd cushions on my new leather sofa have gone flat as compared to the one in the center, just out of plain use. I purchased their furniture protection program which they sub to ******** Protection Products. ******** refused to fix the day bed as I "didn't witness" how the frame was broken. There is no where in their contract that states I must witness how the furniture is damaged. Since Jeromes subcontracts this horrible company and also refuses to repair or replace this unit since it's "out of their hands" they have now lost my business and all 36 of my family members permanently. I purchased a furniture protection extended warranty at Jerome's in Chula Vista. I was never given nor did I sign a contract. I didn't receive details of the service, but was verbally explained by the associate that we were covered for food stains, water damage, etc by purchasing the extended warranty. I received a receipt with the extended warranty listed and there is a contract on the back that reviews the 1 year free warranty, not the 5 year extended plan. They have the worst mattress return policy in the industry. All sales are final. Given this mattress is perpetuating my back and shoulder pain, they are doing absolutely nothing for me. Will never step a foot in their store or recommend them. They are literally doing nothing for me other than sending an inspector out, which makes zero sense cause I don't want to sleep on their mattress another night.

My girlfriend and I just moved into our first home so we decided to go to Jeromes to find some furniture. We were greeted and very pleased with a man named Frank, who was very helpful and accommodating. The trip was going perfectly until checkout. Throughout the furniture selection process AND at checkout, we were told of a 90-day financing option where there is no interest if paid in full within the time allowed. I purchased a sectional recliner at Jerome’s in Rancho Cucamonga. They scheduled my delivery time between 7:00Pm and 11:00Pm Ruben R****** Our Salesman never told us of these ridiculous late delivery times he only informed us that they deliver to Hesperia Ca on Sundays and Thursday. He claims he’s been with the Company 25 years, then he should have informed us of these late delivery times.
