It’s fantastic when Jerome’s advertises to me the furniture I purchased on 04/13/2020, and STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY!!! I can’t leave a message for customer service because the box is full. I messaged the local store for assistance and was auto routed to the web-sales dept with an auto text response saying I’d be contacted soon. I’m still waiting. I purchased a couch for 1000 dollars in early 2020. It took 4 months for this sectional couch that sits 5 people, to break with two people. I contacted the customer service team after being on hold for 3 hours (over 6 calls. they kept hanging up) and was told they would come pick it up on Friday. They said I would hear from them the day prior (Thursday). We bought two recliners 2 years ago. On the leather one, the color wore off in the first year. They said it is considered normal wear and tear. Not covered. The dye just peeled off in an area that does not get a lot of movement. Our other chair broke down on the right side of the seating area. They said it's a cushion issue. Not covered. I bought a mattress form the store. During the transaction I discussed delivery and the associate underwriting the transaction asked me when I wanted it to be delivered and the goal for me was 6/26/2020 in between 2&5 pm. at that time is was also discussed that there would be a problem in delivery with Jeromes and that if I wanted it to be delivered at said date that it would be done by a third party delivery service. My fiance and I bought a sectional in September of 2018 and also purchased the warranty on it. When we bought the warranty we were told that it will cover anything that happens to the couch. We submitted a claim because the material on the couch is coming undone EVERYWHERE, they denied our claim because they said that the warranty covers rips and tears but NOT "fraying". After i bought my furniture and there was an issue with it. I immediatley called customer service and I could not get anybody to help me. they would transfer me and leave me on hold for over 20 minutes. I was told to send an email with a photo of the issue and someone will contact you right away, 5 emails later no one contacted me. Now that i bought my expensive furniture everyone is so rude to you on the phone. Bought an expensive mattress and warranty. 8 months later the bed sags so far in the middle a ping pong ball rolls from the edge of the bed to the center without touching the ball. It's ridiculous. Called and had it inspected. Inspector spent 3 minutes (none of which were used to actually touch the mattress and press down, just some janky little tool) to determine it is within "tolerable limits" I called for a reinspection and they told me they cannot schedule a 2nd inspection within 60 days. Absolute garbage

I purchased a high end mattress with a metal frame from Jeromes. The technicians that came out to set up my bed had no idea what they were doing, did not know how to properly set up my bed frame. They put the two wheels that are locking on the same side of the bed which causes my bed to roll all over the bedroom. I purchased a bedroom set 2 years ago with a 5-year protection plan. They are denying the coverage so I called them to see if they could help before I contacted the BBB. Silvia talked to m on the phone, she was the rudest person I have spoke over the phone. She did not have any type of empathy towards my issue.
