We purchased our living room set. Then purchased our dining room set. Today we purchased our bedroom set. I love that their sales persons do not follow you. They ask if you need help. They let you look around at your own pace. They are readily available. Our sales person was Beto T. He was extremely patient, helpful and informative and not pushy. We'll definitely purchase again!

I called two weeks ago on August 9th, to advise that we were missing pieces (legs to the couch) to the sectional. It was delivered and assembled by Jeromes and we decided to change the pieces around two weeks ago and discovered at that time we were short the pieces. I was told by the location we purchased it from San Marcos that someone would return my call so we could have this resolved. Disappointed at the lack of communication and the bait and switch tactics used by the salesperson and customer support person who "helped" me. I bought a couch from Jerome's in San Marcos on August 1st. I was told that the couch would be in stock on the 10th of August; I figured that wasn't too long to live without a couch, so I decided to buy the couch anyway. I am so disappointed in Jerome's . We bought some sofas and a warranty after being promised it covered repairs for EVERYTHING!!! It covered accidental damage, dog damage, tears, ripping, electric parts, leather damage and the list went on. Well low and behold accidental damage happened. We reached out got the runaround for almost 1month and half. Finally after I went in person 3 times and showed them I won't back down we were finally told NO ONE from Jeromes ever processed our insurance. So basically we paid for it but we we... read more

Bought a sofa at the El Cajon store from online...worse thing ever. Cushions are defective, padding in one arm is not there and just last week the back was separating from the frame under the upholstery. They will not let me exchange just want to try to fix. The cushions I was told were ordered in June and last week when I called to see when they were coming in...magic I get an email saying they are ordered and will be in sometime in November. Just wrong! That sofa is the last thing I will buy from them.

I have been dealing with this company since Jun., They said I would have my new couch early June, it is now August 3rd. I have called dozens of times and been lied to, one more week, a large shipment is coming in, varies what they say, managers also, keep me on hold a long time then put me back on hold countless times, I'll get a manager, then back on hold, no manager. Very unprofessional, I want the truth! No help! I will never work with this company again.
