I purchase two recliners on June 26th. One does not work. I went to the Torrance store three times. They cant do much besides sending emails to their customer service. I have not been contacted by anyone from Jerome’s to resolve this issue. I called their customer service multiple times and apparently there’s no one to answer or return messages, the box is full. There is no number available to call corporate. Had I read these reviews I would not be having this issue. Big mistake.
Extremely disappointed in the quality of leather couches we purchased in 2018. We spent the extra almost $300 for the ******** warranty, submitted claims for ripping leather on the loveseat, fading worn leather on armrests and a tear in the center of the couch. We were denied resolution because after reviewing our submitted photos to the warranty coverage, those issues aren’t covered. I received a defected sofa and coffee table. It took weeks to have them replaced with a defected sofa and coffee table. Noe it’s taking weeks for them to get back with me. Emails are being ignored and calls unanswered.
I just had a horrible experience with this location. My wife and I called and placed an order for a bed frame. The person who took my call told us he was a manager. He placed an order for the wrong bed frame. When the bed frame was delivered we immediately noticed it wasn't what we had ordered. We confirmed on our end that we told him the right piece. I recently purchased 2 bed frames, 2 mattresses, and a bunky board. The focus of this review is on the 2 mattresses and one of the bed frames, a Captain bed frame. At the time of purchase, I was advised the bed frame was out of stock, but would be available in approximately 2 weeks. We bought a couch at Jerome’s two years ago. At that time, we were disappointed with the return policy, because we realized the day after it was delivered that the couch was just too big for the room. It was too late to get a refund. We got a different couch, but they wouldn’t refund the difference. Today we were pleasantly surprised that they still honored our credit from two years ago, and Mario, who helped us, was the perfect sales assistant. Jeromes M*******-they obviously don't get paid on anything in their bloopers section. We asked a lady for help & she reluctantly asked VYMOLINE SO to help us without telling us! But thank you to the guy who did take care of our purchase.
I felt very safe entering the store, as there was a temperature check and lots of room for social distancing. The sales person was helpful and made my purchase quick and easy. The product was available right away, as compared to 6-8 week wait time at other stores. The price was comparable to the other stores that I shopped. I had a very positive shopping experience.
I bought a bed frame from this location about 2 years ago and they were so helpful when we were buying our furniture. Not even a year in and we had to get our daughters bedrame replaced because the wood had warped. Now a year later and the bed frame completly broke my husband had to make a beam to have our daughter from falling in the bed!
