If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a Sofa Set over a year ago and that set fell apart just 3 months later. When Jerome's inspector came to our house he confirmed that it was a terrible manufactures problem but that they would replace it. I have been very patient and 6 months later they still have not replaced it and they refuse to refund my money. I have requested to speak to the service manager ONITA and she refuses to call me back. HORRIBLE SERVICE and FALSE Advertisement. Bought sofa in early August 2020, I was told it would arrive in early September, we are on the last week of September and now they are saying it will arrive end of October. No apologies, they just said if I wanted a refund I could call back. Jerome's doesn't give a crap about your hard earned dollars you spent at their store and do not value you as a customer. For that reason I believe San Diegans should stay away from this business and look somewhere else.

If I had read all the complaints on BBB before I shopped here, I would never even entered the store. I went in and bought a sofa and chair and TV stand with the EXPLICIT request that it could be delivered in 2 weeks. The salesperson said 1 week - 2 weeks max. I had shopped at other places and they could not deliver in time for me. I explained this to the sales person and he assured me I would have it in 2 weeks, if not 1. First, Jerome s sales person said we would get a gift card f$ 100.00 no one knows nothing about it??? nor the Synchrony nor the store!!! and i bought a couch to go pick it up they never answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i drove all the way to their pick up location for nothing because i needed to make an appt for last weekend of the month, which i been trying and no one answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the worst customer service!!!!!! Dont shop at Jeromes !!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE! Forget about the delivery date They tell you when you order And pay.. The delivery date keeps changing. And they NEVER call you To tell you about about the change. And their website delivery tracker is a joke. Grade: F

Our visit was quick and easy. Abel, one of the salesmen greeted us and let us know he would be happy to help us, which he did. And May I add, that he gave us space to look around without making us feel smothered. He looked up our items, gave us information & great advice to help us decide on our purchase, and we put our order in without any problems. The associates around the store all seemed friendly as well. We've purchased from Jerome's before, so we fully trust them.

Jeromes was my place of choice the last 5 years of purchasing. They have lost my business forever. Jeromes made me wait 6 weeks for beds, then brought them broken, had to wait an additional 2 weeks, and again they were not complete with parts. No one answers calls or emails, and I am now charged for a bed that is not complete. Dont waste your money or time do not buy from them.

Do not purchase furniture from this store or from any Jerome's store for that matter. We bought 10k worth of furniture with a warranty that was sold to us by a salesman named David. It turns out the warranty was a complete waste of money. Our salesman stated that if anything were to happen with the furniture it would be covered and either fixed or replaced.
