If I could give them 0 stars, or negative ones for that matter, I would. I purchased multiple pieces of furniture that was delivered in October. The delivery people were setting up my bedroom furniture and put a dent in my walls of my brand new home. They never said a word. I discovered the damage later that night and have been given the run around ever since. Terrible customer service after purchasing. Deliveries have been delayed due to Covid, which is understandable. I would call every couple or weeks or so, just to check on the status. On my 3rd or 4th call, the operator told me that my delivery had already been scheduled for 2 days from that phone call. I told her I never received any type of correspondence regarding day or time of delivery and asked her how was it scheduled without talking to me. Of course, I was not given an answer to that. I was there to buy bunk bed set today November 28 around 3:30 PM. I was attended by the sales person Mike who was very nice and he gave me a print out of the items and probable cost. Because I was in a rush for a meeting I told him that I will return and I came back home. I went back to the store around 730 to 8 PM. No problem with customer service agent or salesperson very nice. But the quality of furniture is terrible. I purchased a motorized sofa set lat year in October 2019. The recliner frame was bent. Finally got it fixed after calling 3 months,chatting online & trying to FaceTime. Hen Betty finally called me to schedule a time to fix the bent recliner I tried to tell her that the sofa & loveseat footrest padding was protruding out from underneath the footrest. Started out with a sales men trying to be a little pushy, i walked away then worked with another sales men when i was ready. He was great and it was an easy process, and i live my new couch. I will go back for my bedroom furniture

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted with customer service I’ve received from Jerome’s Furniture. I purchased several pieces of furniture for my new house. I’ve had the same TV console attempted to be delivered FIVE TIMES as of today. FIVE TIMES. Not one single time has a manager reached out to me to discuss any of the deliveries or even apologize for the awful inconvenience this has been.
