I purchase a set of twin xl mattress to make a cal king bed. It was purchased 3 years ago and has since become unbearable to sleep on due to a dip at the edge. I over paid a lot of money for a very firm bed. The damaged part dips in over a foot in diameter it is not normal. I just wanted a replacement for both mattresses. I will never buy another product from this company again. The customer service is horrible also. It took me multiple trip to the actual store for over 2 months to tell me they can’t do anything. We purchased a six piece sectional. We were promised all pieces were in stock. On delivery date only three pieces showed up and one is broken. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone at the store. Horrible customer service. “Randy” the store manager is a complete joke. I’ve left messages and no one has returned my calls. Allegedly the remaining pieces are to be delivered; however, I can’t get anyone on the phone to address the broken piece!

Purchased a new mechanical Sofa in July 19 for light use/downsizing room. Right Arm and Foot Rest foam have completely broken down after only 17 months of infrequent, light use. I purchased the 5 year extended warranty. I contacted them 4 days ago with no response. I called today and had to input for a call back. When they finally returned my call - I barely finished getting my issue out when I was told the warranty on foam is only 1 year. Must be that every call is this complaint. I ordered a sofa 3 piece sectional and was overcharged $150 because a discount promised to me was not applied. Sofa arrives 2 weeks later and one section looks used and dark leather the other 2 are noticeably lighter in color with one that had a deep scratch on the seat cushion. I immediately notify the driver who says oh don’t worry about it call your sales rep and it will be ok, had my wife sign the paperwork. HORRIBLE - After being told that a particular (of course most expensive) adjustable bedframe would work with our existing platform bed we made the purchase. The touchless delivery ended up with the delivery guys barricading our front door without notification that they were there.. our old mattress that we paid to have removed was outside in plastic, and the delivery guys did not pick it up (until I called and they came days later) ... once we got the front door open from the barricade (with help from the neighbors), we unbo... read more
