On October 21, 2020 we went to Jerome's Rancho Cucamonga store. Before even considering a purchase we asked the sales associate George O** to verify they deliver to our location because their website said they do not. He supposedly went back and verified with the manager and delivery scheduling they did deliver to our area and it would cost a flat rate of $300. I went to Jeromes to purchase a couch. I was greeted as I walked in with a nice hello and the typical question of “ if I can help you in any way just let me know”. After wandering around and browsing a gentleman by the name of Kevin asked me if I had any questions He answered my questions and then politely said he would check on me in a bit. I am highly dissatisfied with the furniture and recently the so call customer service I have received. I bought two sofa love seat recliners and two coffee tables from Jerome’s Rancho Cucamonga in August 2019. Not even two weeks after I received my furniture a leg on one of the coffee tables broke off. I have warranties and extended warranties that I purchased. I would give less than one star if possible. They were very helpful to sell a top of the line mattress for $4000. We paid for delivery and removal of the old. They took the mattress but not the box spring. The delivery people were very rude. When I went to call the store to have them approve them to remove it, not sure why I should have to, but the delivery just walked out and slammed the door. As a follow up to my one star review on Google, I Purchased Sectional on October 2nd, 2020. Before purchasing, I noted to the sales agent that I needed the couch no later than October 16th (the promised delivery date).
