I bought a couch, love seat, and recliner from Jerome's. The fabric was some kind of leather look -alike. About one and 1/2 years we noticed the fabric had started to delaminate. It is very depressing to see your ( $$$) purchase starting to look like crap . We are a senior couple so don't jump on the furniture! We both have end tables so we don't spill anything on them! Bought new couch 8 months ago and it has been broken for the last 4 months, still under warranty and can’t get it fixed, contacted jeromes three different times and headquarters 4 times needless to say got no help! Jeromes has been my go to for the last 15 yrs but I will find somewhere else to go to, I’m over there ridiculous service

Jerome's sales person told me they would set up the mechanical bed I purchased and remove the box spring. I paid a delivery and separate recycle fee but the delivery people wouldn't take the box springs. Their service is terrible. They collect your money and then shove whatever at you. Don't do business with them.

Quick to ask you to spend money but impossible to get a hold of when trying to resolve issues. Products were not in stock or delivered on time. There were missing pieces and faulty parts. Numerous calls, messages and emails and generally no response or information other than a insincere apology with no other action.

They have a nice scam going over there at Jeromes in their mattress division! They still aesthetically good looking mattresses with poor internal material. When you bring it up to them in terms of warranty, they send over their own contracted inspection agency that measures the LxWxH without inspecting the surface of the mattress. Horrible "warranty"! 1 month trying to get a mattress repaired that was purchased less than 6 months ago. Commercials sure do make it sound like they're good, they're not. Go elsewhere for furniture, these folks don't care about u after the purchase. Terribly dissapointed.

One of the worste customers service or companies I have receive or bought products from. I first made my purchase in July being told my product would be delivered in August that was not meet soni went to the show room they told me the new date would be September. I checked online and call the store to confirm only to be told now it is in November. The store manager or sales never call to let me know or ask it i was ok with the delay. NEVER BUY FROM JEROMES.

My wife and I went into Jerome's on Morena and purchased a sofa and love seat July 25th. We were told it would be in stock for delivery by August 23rd. Went online to check the order status and now it says the furniture will not arrive until the end of September. Not a guarantee. They "expect" the furniture to be in stock by the end of September. Okay I can accept that Covid may have caused delays. But we have not received any contact from Jerome's saying the order was delayed. Nothing. No option for a refund. Nothing. Tried... read more
