We recently moved to San Diego and shopped for a couch with Jerome's Furniture and purchased a couch with a delivery date of up to 14 days. At 15 days we called back to find out the wait was now 3 to 4 more weeks out and with no calls or updates from them about this. So we told them to cancel our order at which time they told us we would be credited back our money within 3 to 5 days. Bought some chairs and a sofa and they discontinued the chairs but no one ever called to tell me. Delivery service was horrible. The guys were rude and not very helpful. Thanks Jerome’s for not living up to your once great customer service you once offered.

I purchased a sectional sofa on 09/06/2020. Fast forward to 10/21/2020, and I still have not received my sofa. Upon purchasing the sales associate notified us, that it would be a 2 week estimated delivery date and that they would call me to schedule a delivery. 2 weeks after purchase no call was received, so I then called them. They informed me, that it was delayed another 2 weeks and that they would call to schedule a delivery date. 2 weeks later nothing and again I had to call them. I placed a bunk bed order for my children. Delivery should have been two weeks. It is now many months later; My children are sleeping on Mattresses on the floor. I’m disappointed in their handling of my situation. They did not tell me the product I ordered was not onsight when I purchased and set up delivery/installation. It was only after the fact. Now I’m out my money and my children are bedless. This is not my usual experience but it’s one that leaves me sour and unlikely to purchase from them again.
