Gary provided professional assistance. From start to finish the service was great. Needed a new recliner and we were in and out in 15 minutes.
The salesperson was very personable and helpful. She was a good listener and gave good recommendations.
It is almost impossible to get in touch with someone at this company. The "customer service" number has wait times of over 30 minutes, and while they claim they will call you back when it is "your turn" I had a sales associate blithely tell me that is not true. They will call you back before the end of the day, but you DO NOT keep your place in line if you do not hold. We had a great customer service experience with sales associate KEN at the El Cajon store today.
Patricia L**** was our sales person and she was absolutely wonderful. She was not pushy and very knowledgeable. Great attitude!
The staff are very helpful and kind George was wonderful and is a Steelers Fan loved the guy.
Sales Consultant - Kerry provided Excellent Customer Service being very nice , friendly and helpful to customer.He not pressuring customer to purchase things respecting customer personal choice or decision to buy or not to buy. Did purchase the furniture what I like from Kerry. He reassured me that if for whatever reason I wanted to change my mind not wanted what I bought I am still able to get a full refund - no worries . Indeed loved what I bought today!

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered replacement cushions for my couch in early March. They were supposed to arrive in May. In JULY I received a call stating that my couch cushions would be arriving at the end of the month. In OCTOBER, after hearing nothing, I contacted Jerome's.
