I purchased a leather sofa from Jerome's in July with the 5-year protection plan. One month later, apparently the flea treatment for our dogs got onto the sofa and dissolved the leather (which seems a bit odd). Jerome's refused to honor the guarantee. I then ordered a replacement back for the couch out of my own pocket in September. There guarantee with Guardian protection is worthless. There rude and fail to service a power recliner chair.that the will not work. Have been waiting for over a month. NOTHING? I have a high price chair that will not move at all. BEWARE..

We bought a couch set less than a year. The framing is literally breaking. Took 3 weeks of calling to get someone to come look. Took another MONTH of ME calling daily to get a solution. The set was discontinued but they “offered” to take it to repair for 1-3 weeks leaving me with a family of 5 with no couch. Also with Covid having it being worked on doesn’t sound safe. Candy, the saleswomen, was very patient and knowledgeable about the product s. She was also upfront about any delays that could happen. Stephanie the finance sales, was also very helpful and upfront with everything.

I appreciated his knowledge of product, patience with our inquiries and how he made sure to support our specific pricing parameters &request.

Service level diminished drastically, all about the commission of the salesperson. You can’t walk into the store without being accosted like auto sales lot.
