My husband and I bought a Jeromes mattress two years ago. January of this year we noticed one side of the mattress was collapsing and contacted Jeromes. The mattress has a 20 year warranty. It took several phone calls and an in person visit to our local store before a member of the Jeromes team would respond. We were told we needed an inspection which took an additional 3 weeks. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND PURCHASE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! Have been calling, emailing and texting for over 5 months and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON HAS RESPONDED. This in turn has now ended my warranty, so now I cannot get my couch fixed because no one has answered me in over 5 months so my warranty expired. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. Not to mention that the couch itself, which was almost $3,000 is complete garbage. Feathers coming out, and is as flat as a pancake!! Good afternoon, I am here again to say I am unhappy with all the customer service from Jeromes furniture. I regret giving you guys a second chance ordering new furniture. First the bed, being poorly established. Never got a call back from anyone at Jeromes furniture store, the warranty company, no one. Just bought a couch that came with missing parts so my couch has not been fully established for 2 weeks now, still no call bac. On April 17, 2021 - we were greeted by Jay (who was an excellent salesman btw) and decided on a couple of furnitures. We were currently in escrow for a new home so I told Jay that would come back the following week. We put a $200 deposit down. Fast forward a week later, another person greeted us by the name of Cindy. Jay was not there that day so Cindy decided to help. Juan Carlos is the most attentive and nicest salesperson I have dealt with at Jerome’s. He was respectful and helpful with my choice of the type of furniture I was looking for. The process was easy and fast. I am happy with my purchases and the excellent service at Rancho Cucamonga, will be bringing other members of my family to this store and with Juan Carlos.

I understand that people have credit problems during this tumultuous time, but for using a credit reporting agency as Progressive is a Pure attack of the way that Capitalism should work, because I ordered a item that would cost only $875.00 buy with the percentage rate the item now cost "Over $2,020.79, for one year. Power recliner broke after a year. Paid for 5 year furniture protection plan. Pais cash for entire purchase. Furniture Protection Plan will not honor my claim. I choose to sue them, because I can!
