The couch we purchased feels 100% different from the model at the store. The one we received is incredibly uncomfortable and we kept the tags on and would love to return it. It was delivered today. We hate it. And the delivery men were very rough and rushed before I could properly inspect. I'm highly displeased and will make sure no one I know even sets foot in this store. We worked with Steven at the Fountain Valley store and he seemed nice enough but I feel seriously mislead and swindled. $1500 down the drain for the world... read more

NEVER buy a ******** ********. You would think I would have learned my lesson after purchasing two prior warranties but each time the sales person assured me that they had changed their process. I purchased a dining room table and 6 stool chairs 1 ½ years ago and one stools spindle cracked. I had thought my warranty was for 12 months and went into to the store to buy another stool. My family’s experience with Jerome’s furniture “ has been a nightmare. From delivery driver thugs who stole an expensive Hover board, to the couches which we paid $1500 cash for ,being delivered defective and junk. The girls who answer the phones are condescending and rude. Could care less about your complaints. Almost a month later we’re still waiting for the new replacement sleeper couch to be redelivered. ALSO WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH FURNITURE STORE. IT APPEARS FROM OTHER SUBMISSIONS THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. WE ORDERED A RECLINER ON 12/18/18 ONLINE. THE PAYMENT WAS IMMEDIATELY APPLIED TO CREDIT CARD. DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSEDLY ON 12/21/18. IT WASN'T. WORST experience EVER!!! If I could give negative stars I would. David the delivery manager was incredibly condescending, rude, and unprofessional. After they delivered our bed incorrectly (half of the bed was wrong) and the delivery drivers stood there chit chatting on their cell phones for an hour, they said they'd deliver the next day. The delivery time kept moving back from 2 until 10!!! This is the second time I have tried to purchase furniture from Jerome's Furniture Warehouse. The first time was a horrendous experience with the delivery team about 1 1/2 years ago. They made erroneous commitment on the day/time of delivery and when the time came to actually delivery my purchased items the truck showed up at 11:00 p..m. This company is horrible! They don't give a damn about the customer after the transaction is complete and they have their money. I purchased the full warranty & cleaning service. My furniture broke less than a month after I purchased it. Everytime I have called this store, its the same routine. They have ordered the parts from overseas, it is going to be at least 9 - 12 weeks before the parts come in. It has now been over 12 weeks only to find out I have to wait another 4 months because my parts didn't make it into the shipp... read more

Been shopping with Jerome’s for a while and continued to have a good experience in the store. Scheduled delivery and was provided a window of 2:30pm 6:30pm. Customer service called to let us know the truck was running late and it would be more 4:30pm. OK. The Customer Service called saying the truck broke down and a replacement was in the works.
