Quality of furniture is crap and when they sold me defective lamps from their floor display they had me drive to other Jeromes for replacement since they said there warehouse did not have any. When they delivered my 2 night stands, chest, and dresser, 3 out of the floor were damaged along with my wall. I reschedule a new date and the driver shows up at 11pm and then tells me my furniture looks fine and that I should paint the chipped wood and just says the crack on the chest looks bad. Jeromes Furniture - NEVER buy from this company - Horrible Customer Service - Do NOT stand behind their products - My wife and I purchased a top of the line Aireloom Juliette mattress and box spring (CALKING) set in May of 2014. To Whom it May Concern, Jerome’s Furniture delivery service is very unprofessional and I will NEVER buy furniture from Jerome’s again. We had a horrible experience with the delivery. Our furniture was suppose to be delivered on Monday 11/13. We paid for the delivery fee of $99.99 and the donation fee of $75 to take our sectional couch and dining chairs. My husband took time off work to be here during the window of 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. to receive the items. The delivery truck comes at 8:20 p.m. and states he cannot take our item... read more

We recently purchased a twin mattress from the Mira Mesa Jerome's store , we wanted a firm mattress which was not in stock The salesperson had us try a queen size and assured us we could order a twin size and have it delivered. It was delivered BUT while it said it was a firm it was not firm ! Undoubtedly it was a SOFT !! We complained to the store who had an inspection service come out and just confirmed the mattress was what we ordered ! We believe this is a "Bait and switch " operation !! Simply unbelievable! I am a disabled veteran who had to use veteran services to obtain a bead after having hip replacement and the veterans organization contracted with Jerome's to supply be said bed. The delivery drivers came to my apartment with the new bed and set it up for me, had me sign and left. Immediately I noticed that the bed had a slight sway on one corner and made a sort of popping sound and when I called I received the runaround from extension to extension. OMG! I could not believe all the bad reviews on Jeromes products. My daugther and I purchased a dresser and a dining table last Saturday afternoon 09/30/17 at the Laguna Hills branch. The products were delivered the following day, Sunday, and both products have damages - stains and chipped! What kind of customer service does JEROME HAVE? Jerome's has their extended warranty through a company called Guardian. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY GUARDIAN EXTENDED WARRANTY, go to a different furniture store, and be sure to ask them who handles their extended warranty. In February 2016 we purchased a sofa, loveseat, rocker recliner, full size bed, dresser, adjustable full size mattress and base, queen size bed and nightstand, queen mattress and adjustable base, so we spent quite a bit of money at Jerome's plus paid for extended warranty on all pieces. BUYER BEWARE!! Jerome’s is the absolute WORST retailer I’ve ever dealt with. We ordered a sofa and loveseat at the Anaheim store on 8/12/17. We had the furniture scheduled for delivery the next day. Both pieces arrived damaged and we scheduled replacement furniture to be delivered. Again, both pieces arrived damaged. Since then we keep rescheduling replacement furniture, and each time it arrives damaged. I PURCHASED A LIFT CHAIR FROM JEROME'S AND AFTER 90 DAYS WE HAD A SQUEAKY PROBLEM WITH THE CHAIR. WE CALLED AND THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN TOLD US THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. NOW I AN STUCK WITH A $1400.00 SQUEAKY LIFT CHAIR
