Delivery guys showed up to build a daybed and trundle in my daughter's room and my daughter left her portable bose speaker on her dresser not five minutes before they showed up and right after they left she went into her room to get her speaker and it was gone. I called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything because it's their policy not to accuse their drivers so I would need to fill out a police report. 7/11/18 I went to Jerome's due to its popularity within the Oceanside area and the fact that it is a family owned business. I ordered a custom sectional and was told by the salesperson, Carlos, that 9 pillows came with it. I picked the fabric from the swatches provided and waited. When the sectional was delivered there were only 4 pillows. Jerome's has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the history of customer service and is hands down the worst company i have ever dealt with. To make it even worse, it is the company to which I have paid more money for furniture than ever before!!! WOW! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH JEROME'S FURNITURE TODAY. I WAS WAITING FROM 4PM-8PM. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS... UNFORTUNATELY, THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I WAS NOT EVEN GIVEN A COURTESY CALL. The Richmond Sofa, a product of Eclections Fine Upholstery Inc. (which can no longer be reached by phone) is a defective product. The fabric forms pills within a year which makes the sofa uncomfortable to sit on unless you cover it with another fabric. It also quickly loses its structural support in the center of the sofa. When requesting a service rep to look at the fabric, they said it was normal. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!! If you want your furniture DON'T USE JEROME'S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I order online for same day delivery . Delivery window was 8:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. was up all night NOBODY took they time to reach the CUSTOMER that will be no delivery !!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a sofa bed online and delivery to our home. Asked Corina, via online chat if the advertised free mattress disposal offer applied to sofa bed purchases and she said yes. When Jerome's called to confirm delivery I asked again to confirm that our mattress and box spring would be picked up and after he consulted with another person nearby said they would pick up the old mattress and box spring. My mother ordered me a couch October 31 that was promised to deliver in 4 to 5 weeks. They never called or delivered I have to repeatedly call them. Delivery changed to Jan 14th and once again no delivery. No date with promise to deliver has been made. This couch was paid IN FULL when it was ordered back in october. Jeromes has been the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with! We purchased the Parlee bed set back in September and got the set delivered October 14th. The first time it was delivered the railings at the bottom were installed completely wrong and were broken. We scheduled the first service appointment 2 weeks after it was delivered and the service technicians came without the correct hardware so nothing can be done to fix the broken bed frames.
