First time purchasing @ Jeromes been looking for leather couch set for a while. Really like it ********************* was my salesperson. Exceptional!!! What I have purchased had great reviews.
Mikey was a great help in finding the perfect couch! He was patient with me and did not rush or pressure me at all. Have had bad experiences elsewhere. Lots of great options at this location as well..definitely recommend if youre looking for affordable, high quality furniture in town. Only issue is customer support is a bit difficult if you order online to get any updates/feedback on your order. Highly recommend going in person. They have a great showroom and kind employees.
We purchased a couch the first week of **** 2021. It was on backorder and was scheduled to be delivered the last week of ****. I called a couple weeks later to see if there were any updates and they said they had our set ready and it would be delivered. The sectional was delivered **** 17th and once it was in the house we noticed it was the same two pieces. I purchased a sectional back in February of 2018 stated having issues with the arms on the recliners. The cushion started to go down flat toward the end of December 2018. I talked to a young lady named *******, who left me on hold never returned to the phone, so I kept calling back no answer. When I finally reached them and told them my problem, they told me that I need to call the guardian protection plan I had to file the complaint with, and they said that they did not fix that problem.
