****** the ************** who I spoke with was great. She explained why Jeromes couldn't deliver the color I wanted to replace an older recliner and explained the benefits of the one I eventually ordered.During our conversations, she was polite, not "pushy" and took time to see what optional models were available for immediate, or short-term delivery. I miss the "old days" when furniture stores had products available on site to take home or "next-day" delivery.

********************* was our salesman. He would say anything to make the sale even though it was all lies. He strongly recommended extended warranty insurance. Which does not cover until one year when the factory warranty expireds . Couch was new in the box loveseat was wrapped in plastic. I think it was returned item and not new. Having problems with the seat cushion. ****** has not returned our calls 2 1/2 weeks. Still waiting. Our experience in purchasing a sofa and loveseat at the ******* store was very good! *********** hosted us masterfully- great experience top to bottom. Would absolutely refer others to seek him out. Store was also enjoyable. Extra bonus: everything we ordered was in stock, pretty unusual during the present shortages.
