My 85yr old father and *************** Veteran is still waiting for parts to be installed since the first request was made on 3/25/21. We have called for assistance monthly, no results. Chair was purchased by Jeromes on 8/9/20, Jeromes has not been helpful in this resolution.

Hello out there. To people looking for furniture dont go to any of Jeromes locations. I purchased over 4K of furniture for these guys. Plus added furniture protection,it was smart because I have three younger boys. This covered any damages on scratches discolor spills and etc. Ive had these couches for about 6 months after 4 months the leather peels off. Ive been going back and fourth with Jeromes for nearly 3 months and there always given me the run around. Worst customer service ever.

This last experience I had with Jeromes was the worst! After arranging my schedule twice to be at home for delivery, it never happened! In trying to resolve the situation, I was hung up on, and on another call was put on hold multiple times stating computer issues and would receive a call back within 10 minutes. I never heard back from them. Jeromes has gone really downhill!!
